In the process of growth and development the superiors felt the need to have our own recruitment house in Kerala.   Therefore, we purchased a piece of land with a house at West Chalakudy, Kerala. Our main apostolate here is parish work, preparing children for receiving Sacraments, family unit prayer meetings etc.  From time to time we organize many vocation camps, come and see program etc. for recruiting suitable candidates to carry forward our mission work in North India.  Teachers interview for the mission schools in North India are also being conducted every year. The pioneers were Mother Prisca, Sr. Ann Maria and Sr. Sartho.
