Bhilenkeda is a small village 28 k.m away from the district head quarter, Khandwa. At the invitation of Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Viruthukulangara then bishop of Khandwa diocese requested for opening a convent for village animation in Khandwa diocese. A small house was built for us at Bhilenkeda village and blessed on 4th August 1991. The sisters are engaged in Non -formal education, formation of SHGs family prayer meeting, faith formation,teaching catechism,,preparing children and adult for Holy sacraments, Mahila mandal, formation and follow up of basi Christian communities etc.The pioneers were Sr. Lilly, Sr. Annie Angel, and Sr. Therese Tom.
